Even if you're a new camp director, you don't have to make all the costly and painful mistakes of your own in order to learn leading a camp. This course presents the foundational principles that will help you manage your camp work well. We strongly recommend all directors who have never taken this course at CCI training events to attend it. Legal Aspects of Camp Management (4 hours) - Vladislav Vovk (Istra, Russia), Evgeny Kokora (Novorossiysk, Russia). You'll learn the laws affecting your camp and practical tips on how to keep them. You will cover aspects like: staff certification, safety, housing specifications, government reporting, rental contracts, dealing with Health Department, etc. The instructor will also offer you a package of the documents needed to register a camp as an independent entity. Learn how to evaluate your present ministry using a tried and proven method of analysis, so you can take advantage of ministry opportunities that will be most fruitful for God's Kingdom.
